The federal income tax filing due date for individuals for tax year 2023 is Monday, April 15, 2024

The deadline for the Massachusetts individual state income tax return filing is Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Please consult state tax agency websites for information on filing deadlines in states other than Massachusetts.
